At Brighter Youth and Women Initiative, we believe that real change begins when people are given the tools to improve their own lives.
From skills acquisition to livelihood support, we work closely with communities to empower women, youth, and the elderly to become financially independent and socially confident.

We train women and youth in poultry farming, providing them with the knowledge and resources to start and sustain their own businesses.
Fish Farming Empowerment
Our fish farming program equips beneficiaries with modern techniques and support to create reliable sources of income.
Skills Acquisition
We provide hands-on training in sewing and other vocational skills, helping individuals develop sustainable livelihoods.
